Job Description
Web Developers at North Horizon Consulting develop and maintain robust responsive web sites and web applications for wide variety of clients. This position involves the development and designing of our client’s new identity online and web solutions that North Horizon Consulting clients can rely on. North Horizon Consulting focuses on delivering solutions that provide the customer with true business value.
Requirements:
- · - Application/Framework design as needed
- · - Specifications/Requirements gathering as needed
- · - Routine daily maintenance of existing/legacy sites & applications
- · - Object Oriented Programming & Methodologies
- · - Websites must be built using SEO best practices
- · - Responsive Website Models
- · - thorough Understanding of Database Design/Wireframing/Prototyping
- · - Cross browser testing
- · - HTML/HTML 5, PHP, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX
- · - MySQL Server, SQL development
- · - E-commerce integration i.e. Paypal, Stripe etc
- · - Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- · - Experience with hosting CPANEL Configurations as needed
Wish List:
- · - Experience with Flash and Action Script Programming would be an asset
- · - Knowledge and experience with ASP and/or ASP.NET is an asset
- · - Experience with SSL setup and install
